1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Products & Services

Essential Apparel Ltd supplies ready-made garments—knit, woven, sweaters, jackets, leather goods, and home textiles—primarily on a wholesale and export basis. Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice.

3. Ordering

Orders may be placed online, by phone/WhatsApp, or via our social channels.

An order is confirmed only after we issue an Order Confirmation.

Cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis; confirmed export orders generally cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or stock shortages).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may fluctuate with market conditions or currency exchange rates.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, mobile wallet (bKash/Nagad), L/C, or cash (for local wholesale).

Orders ship only after receipt of full payment or an agreed partial deposit.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by location, order size, and courier.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force-majeure events, but will assist with tracing and claims.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return/exchange requests must be lodged within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Quality Control

All goods undergo QC before dispatch. Minor variations in color, fabric shade, or sizing (within industry tolerance) are inherent to textile production and do not constitute defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—logos, images, text, product designs—belongs to Essential Apparel Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

9. User Obligations

Users must:

Provide accurate, current information.

Refrain from unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities on our platform.

Respect all applicable laws and regulations, including export controls where relevant.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essential Apparel Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Essential Apparel Ltd, its directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
